TrueWin Terms & Conditions

These terms lay down the rules for using TrueWin. By opening an account and playing, you accept them.

By registering an account or using any part of the TrueWin service, you confirm you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. The points below are grouped by theme for easier reading.

Your Account and Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old and legally permitted to gamble in your jurisdiction. We may ask for documents to confirm your identity and age at any time, and may restrict access where the law requires.

  • You may hold only one account, registered with accurate personal details.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
  • You must tell us immediately about any unauthorised use of your account.

Money, Bonuses and Play

Funds must originate from a payment method in your own name. We release withdrawals once any identity checks are done, and minimum and maximum limits may apply depending on the method.

Every promotion carries its own rules, including wagering requirements that must be cleared before bonus funds can be withdrawn. Bonuses are for genuine play only, and we may withhold one where we detect abuse; see the Bonuses page for current offers.

All bets and game results follow the specific rules of each market or game. Where an obvious error shows up in the odds or payouts, we reserve the right to void the affected bets. We also offer responsible-gaming tools, set out on the Responsible Gaming page, which you can use whenever you need them.

Conduct and Liability

Fraud, collusion, automated tools and any attempt to manipulate games or bonuses are strictly prohibited and can lead to account closure and forfeiture of funds.

TrueWin supplies its service on an "as is" basis. As far as the law permits, we accept no liability for losses from your use of the service beyond the funds in your account.
